Community Guidelines
Candy Chat is a place where people meet, chat, and build genuine connections. These Community Guidelines explain what is welcome on the platform, what is not, and how we keep the community safe for everyone.
Using Candy Chat means you agree to follow these guidelines. We may update them at any time as the community evolves.
1. Introduction
Candy Chat aims to be a friendly, welcoming community for adults around the world to meet, chat, and form meaningful connections. To keep it that way, every member is expected to follow the rules below when using the app.
These guidelines apply everywhere on Candy Chat — in messages, video and voice calls, moments, club chats, profile content, and all other features of the platform.
2. Behavior Guidelines
- Be respectful. Treat other members with dignity. Harassment, hate speech, threats, and personal attacks are not tolerated.
- Be authentic. Use real photos and accurate information on your profile. Impersonating someone else or creating fake accounts is forbidden.
- Respect privacy. Do not share other members' personal information, screenshots, or recordings without their explicit consent.
- Stay legal. Do not use Candy Chat to engage in or promote any illegal activity.
- Adults only. Candy Chat is for users aged 18 and over. Content involving minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities.
3. Prohibited Content
The following types of content and behavior are not allowed anywhere on Candy Chat:
- Pornography, violence, weapons, blood, racism, politics, or related material.
- Abuse, insults, harassment, or any form of hate speech.
- URLs of other platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or similar messaging apps.
- QR codes, emails, or contact numbers from other social platforms.
- Advertisements or promotions of other platforms or services.
- Attempts to lead other users off the platform.
- Screenshots or screen recordings taken during a call or chat without consent.
4. Reporting & Moderation
If you encounter a user, message, or piece of content that violates these guidelines, please report it. You can report:
- Users — via the profile menu or chat header.
- Messages — by long-pressing the message in a conversation.
- Moments — via the action menu on each post.
- Clubs — via the club detail page.
Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We may also use automated systems to detect violations. Decisions are made based on the content reported and prior behavior on the account.
5. Consequences of Violations
If a violation is confirmed, Candy Chat may warn, mute, suspend, or permanently ban your account, and deduct your coins. Severe or repeated violations result in immediate, permanent action.
Banned users may not create new accounts or attempt to circumvent enforcement. In severe cases (e.g. illegal activity, content involving minors) we cooperate with law enforcement.

If you believe action was taken against your account in error, you may contact our support team using the information below. Please include your account ID and the specific action you are appealing.
